Processing of personal data

We inform you that the data that you provide to the manager of this site when completing the "contact form" (also called form mail) of the site itself, will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Code in matter of personal data protection. The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing site visitors to contact the site manager, if they so wish, by sending an email to the manager via the aforementioned form. This information concerns the personal data sent by the visitor user when completing the contact form. We inform you of the fact that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be transformed into an email that may eventually be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner. This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from your navigation on the site be recorded.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
The purposes of the processing of your data are as follows: the data you send will be used for the sole purpose of being able to contact you again through the references you left via the contact form to process any requests contained in the message you sent via the contact form made available on the site.
Nature of the data processed and methods of processing
- The personal data processed will be exclusively the common data strictly necessary and pertinent to the purposes referred to in point 1 above.
- The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 lett. a) Legislative Decree 196/2003.
- The treatment is carried out directly by the organization of the owner.
Nature of the provision and consequences of refusal
There is no obligation to give the manager of this site the personal data requested in the contact form. The provision of data via the contact form is optional. However, the refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website manager via the contact form made available on the site.

Rights of the interested party
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data, and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its updating, integration or the correction (art. 7 D. Kgs. 196/03). Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
Duration of treatment
The treatment will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
Terms of Use
It will be the responsibility of Abaco International to register its customers on the site, keep this data updated and provide them with access credentials. The request for access credentials can be made by customers who do not yet have these credentials using the appropriate Contact form on the site. Abaco International will evaluate the requests received and contact the customer by phone or email for the necessary checks before delivering the access credentials.
Privacy
Personal data collected through requests for access credentials or other messages sent via the Contact form are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Abaco International guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.03.
